This is the plain-English version, because that is how I write. By Faye is my one-person studio (reach me any time at contact@byfayesocial.com). When you fill out the free market audit form, here is exactly what happens.
What I collect
Only what you type into the form: your name, email, the area or ZIP where you sell, and, if you choose to add them, your Instagram handle, brokerage, and your main goal right now. My website host also logs basic technical things like your rough location and which page sent you, the same as any website.
Why I collect it
So I can actually build your free audit and email it to you, and so I can follow up about whether working together makes sense. That is the whole reason. I do not use it for anything else.
Who sees it
Me. The only other places it lives are the everyday tools that run the site and my inbox:
- Netlify, which hosts the site and receives the form.
- Google (Gmail), where the form notification lands.
I do not sell your information, and I do not share it with anyone else.
Your choices
You can tell me to stop contacting you any time and I will. You can also ask me to delete everything I have on you, and I will do that too. Just email contact@byfayesocial.com and say the word.
Short version: I use what you send to make your audit and follow up, I keep it to myself, and I delete it whenever you ask.
